A desembargadora Gizelda Leitão Teixeira, da 4ª Câmara Criminal do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio, negou nesta segunda-feira o pedido de liminar para garantir liberdade provisória da procuradora Vera Lúcia de Sant'Anna Gomes, acusada de torturar uma menina, de dois anos de idade, que ela tentava adotar. A procuradora está foragida desde quarta-feira, quando foi decretado mandado de prisão preventiva contra ela.
